Madison County School District
email services provide electronic communications for the benefit of
administrators and staff. The District is the sole proprietor of such
services and will govern all its use, policy, and procedures. All users
must be aware that email communications are never private or permanent.
Courts have ruled that supervisors of email may examine and manage
communications to ascertain compliance with guidelines for the acceptable
use. The District reserves the right to examine or manage any messages,
documents, attachments, communications, or stored records at any time
without prior notice to users. By the use of this email service, users
agree to accept and abide by all regulations the District establishes. |
